Uthman Lockett has been a Police Officer with 19 years of law enforcement experience, who is skilled in investigations; experienced in providing emergency response solving conflicts and completing searches; knowledgeable about federal and state laws and has been successful at reducing criminal activity and preventing unauthorized access. 

Mr. Lockett has participated and been certificated in the following trainings: Chemical Agents and Response Tactics (HAZMAT Certified), Active Shooter, Crisis Intervention Training, Detective School, Homicide School, Undercover school, firearms proficiency, and departmental physical fitness. These skill specific trainings have taught Mr. Lockett to be observant through sound observation; committed to public safety by providing an effective security presence; and to specialize in quickly assessing situations and reacting to potential security risks or threats.

Mr. Lockett has been assigned to several specialty units that deterred criminal activity and prevented nefarious acts from happening. Mr. Lockett has been a member of multiple specialized units such as the Warrant Squad unit, he worked alongside and developed partnerships with the U.S. Marshal Service, F.B.I, and other fugitive task forces agencies. Mr. Lockett is currently assigned to the Homicide Branch where he utilizes his report writing and interview and interrogation skillset daily.
